The Audible Campaign

Capturing the most honest parts of human life is something that is easier said than done. Realizing those parts and creating sound as an aide is a just cause. The Campaign is nothing more than capturing complete honesty within human behavior, and so much more than noise and quasi cool. Creating, based on true emotional states,  coupled with an intensity that screams for attention, is fuel enough for the Audible Campaign.

Born from the above formula, The Audible Campaign is two brothers and two friends that seem hell bent on capturing your attention. Intensity, as it seems, is much more than a one way street. Since the bands initial conception in July (2001), the Campaign has found numerous ways to showcase their work ethic, as well as their live show between shows at notable Chicago clubs like Double Door and the Metro.

In March of 2002, the debut EP “Present Day Wars” was self released to open hands. The record, produced by Russ Fox and Matt Gingerich (both of Bleach, the Carrie Crash), was recorded in August of 2001 while the Audible Campaign consisted of just brothers Danny (guitar, vocals) and Ryan (drums).

Shortly after that, the Campaign added second guitarist Casey Petro. The band self booked several smaller tours before embarking on an 20 day summer tour, playing dates throughout the midwest, east coast, and the south with bands Matthew and My Hotel Year.
