Matthew’s Notes: I believe this CD was supposed to be out on Bad Apple Records from Bowling Green, KY. I think they were short on funds and the label owner, Brandon Miles, asked me to see if I wanted to release it.

I heard the CD and loved it even though I didn’t really like heavy music all that much, but it was catchy, so I approached the band about putting it out but we really couldn’t work anything out. I think they self-released it on CD-Rs for a month or so and then I secured some distribution. I think after they heard about that, they thought it might be a good idea.

This CD was kinda crazy to get out as someone from the band Elliot recorded the album and lost some of the tracks and subsequently went to a different studio, who tried to match the sound so the record could be cohesive.

I didn’t know this at first, but the bass player, Jeremiah Duncan, was the first person to ever book Neutral Agreement out of town.
